GlobalOrange, Amsterdam Standard and YouSir will continue independently. Expandior will enter a new chapter under the name ProductOwner.nl. With a strong focus on AI and digital innovation, the businesses are ready for their next phase of growth.

After more than five years of collaboration within SAASmore, the decision has been made to unwind the shared holding structure. With economic effect from 1 January 2026, the businesses involved will each follow their own path.

The collaboration within SAASmore has brought a great deal over the years: valuable knowledge sharing, strong teams and successful digital products for clients in the Netherlands and abroad.

At the same time, the world of software development is changing rapidly. Artificial intelligence offers unprecedented opportunities to innovate faster, work smarter and create more value for clients.

This new phase gives the businesses the freedom to set their own strategic direction and make the most of these opportunities.
