The truth about vibe coding

A new wind is blowing through the tech world: vibe coding. A term that sounds like a lifestyle, but is increasingly being mentioned as a serious approach in software development. Developers are talking to AI, giving instructions in plain language, and seeing immediate results. No lines of code, no configurations, just: idea in, app out. And honestly—it’s impressive.

What exactly is vibe coding?
Vibe coding is about building intuitively with the help of AI. Tools like Lovable, Bolt, and Replit allow you to create an application without in-depth technical knowledge. You describe what you want, the AI generates the code, and you adjust it where necessary. Instead of coding, you communicate. Instead of debugging, you prompt.
Why it’s so popular among startups
Startups love speed, and rightfully so. You want to quickly launch an MVP, test with users, and iterate. Vibe coding provides that speed. You don’t need to assemble a whole team or spend months on architecture. With a small team (sometimes even solo), you can go live. Not only is that efficient, but it also lowers the entry barrier for new ideas.
