Product workshop at GlobalOrange in Amsterdam

These products started as MVPs

Muto began as an MVP for the AutoBinck Group. Artura started with a first version for a funded startup. Both products were developed further after that first release.

“It was extremely valuable to find a good sounding board in the GlobalOrange team, which laid the foundation for our progress and the excellent result.”

Human expertise.
Agentic development.

Experienced product and software specialists set the direction with you. AI agents support the development work, while the team reviews the results and keeps quality in check.

  • A focused scope and clear success criteria
  • Short iterations with visible progress
  • Controls suited to the intended use and quality requirements

Our AI and machine-learning work began before ChatGPT, including projects for ComplianceWise, AirportCreators and Sensire. Read about our human-agentic approach.

From idea to a working MVP

  • Define the first step

We clarify the problem, target users and most important assumption. Together we choose the smallest useful scope and agree how to judge success.

  • Build and test

We develop the first version using human-agentic development. You can see progress, while real users help us test assumptions early.

    2
  • Learn and develop further

Usage and feedback determine the next step. We improve what creates value and expand only when there is a reason to do so.

What does your MVP need?

Scope, integrations and quality requirements determine the investment. We have built both small applications and complex first versions of platforms.

  • Compact: in our experience, some MVPs have been built within a week for a few thousand euros.
  • Complex: a first version can take several months and require a budget of €50,000 to €200,000.
  • Ongoing automation: work with a dedicated AI Product Engineer for an agreed monthly capacity.

These are examples from our work, not fixed packages. An MVP limits features; the quality still has to suit its intended use.

Start with a focused scope

Not sure what the first release should do? Product Discovery helps us turn the idea into a concrete plan together.

  • Two days working on goals, users and scope
  • An investment of €5,000; usually possible to arrange within two weeks
  • An optional working prototype, depending on scope; we agree any additional investment beforehand

A small, clearly defined MVP may need less preparation. Discovery provides direction; real usage then tests whether the product meets the need.
